All artwork, product designs, graphics, photographs, logos, text, and any other material appearing on this Site (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of Danz le Jardin and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Making derivative versions, recolors, or edits of our artwork.

We actively monitor for unauthorized use. Violations will result in DMCA takedowns and, if necessary, legal action to recover damages and prevent further misuse.

 

 

2. Personal Use Only

You may view and share links to this Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not download, modify, or reuse any Content for resale, commercial use, or publication.

 

 

3. Product Information

We currently offer one T-shirt design.
We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but appearance may vary depending on your screen or lighting.
Availability is limited, and we reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

 

 

4. Orders and Paymnt

By placing an order through our Site, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is true and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).
If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to system or human error, we may cancel the order and issue a

full refund.

 

 

5. Shipping and Returns

We currently ship to the regions listed at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at danzlejardin@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Returns requested after 15 days or for used/worn products will not be accepted.

All Danz le Jardin designs, photography, and branding are protected under copyright and trademark law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, sale, or display of our designs is a violation of our intellectual property rights.

We monitor online platforms and marketplaces for infringement.
